Putin signed decrees recognizing the independence of the LPR and the DPR

Earlier, the heads of the DPR and LPR Denis Pushilin and Leonid Pasechnik appealed to Russian President Vladimir Putin with a request to recognize the independence of the republics.

They also asked Putin to consider the possibility of concluding an agreement on cooperation and interaction in the defense sphere.
