According to him, steps are currently being taken to place political and economic responsibility on Russia for the situation in the Donbass.

Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky noted that Kiev would not enter into direct negotiations with the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics. 

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said at a briefing that Kiev would not enter into a direct dialogue with the self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics.
