“In the Ulyanovsk region, in connection with the reception of refugees from the regions of Donbass, a state of emergency has been introduced,” the statement on the website of the regional government says.
According to the head of the region Alexei Russkikh, on February 22, the first group of citizens evacuated from Donbass will arrive in the Ulyanovsk region.
Earlier, the governor of the Saratov region Valery Radaev instructed to introduce an emergency regime in the region for the prompt organization of the reception of refugees from the Donbass.
In total, 43 regions in Russia are already ready to accept refugees from Donbass on their territory.
