“And we need to honestly check now whether the security system created by the Budapest Memorandum and related decisions is working or not,” Kuleba stressed.

According to him, "it is necessary not just to hold consultations, but to come out of these consultations with concrete decisions on the steps that will be taken to ensure the security of Ukraine."

Earlier, Zelensky, during his speech at the Munich Security Conference, announced his intention to initiate consultations within the framework of the Budapest Memorandum, while he did not rule out a revision of Ukraine's refusal of nuclear weapons.
