During the day, experts recorded 400 requests for assistance.
Earlier, Acting Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Alexander Chupriyan said that in the Rostov region, refugees from the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR began to receive payments in the amount of 10 thousand rubles.
The press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry also stated that the evacuation of refugees from Donbass will be carried out around the clock.
