Democratic Party candidate Lee Jae-myung said today (20th) that the transcript of Hwacheon Daeyu's major shareholder Kim Man-bae's mention of People's Power candidate Yoon Seok-yeol was additionally released, saying, "It's a disapproval and humiliating."
Candidate Lee posted a short message like this on Facebook on the same day by linking to the article summary of the press conference, head of the Democratic Party's election campaign head Woo Sang-ho.
It is interpreted as a remark aimed at the power of Candidate Yoon and the people, who have been attacking him over the suspicion of Daejang-dong.
Earlier, at a press conference held at the company in Yeouido this morning, Director Woo released a transcript of the phone call between Mr. Kim and accountant Mr. Jung Young-hak.
In the transcript, Mr. Kim said to Mr. Jung, "If the warrant for Seok-Yeol Yoon comes in, Seok-Yeol Yoon will die", and Mr. Jung replied, "He will die. He is a sinful person by nature. Seok-Yeol Yoon."
To this, Mr. Kim said, "He's a very nice person. He held onto me as well and said, 'I know our manager Kim well, so don't risk it' (he said).
Director Woo insisted, "(Candidate Yoon) seems to be trying to keep Kim from revealing what he has helped," he said. .
