“Currently, due to the arrival of a large number of citizens of Donbass, a regional emergency regime has been declared in a number of regions of Russia - Rostov, Voronezh and Kursk regions,” the report says.
Earlier it was reported that an emergency regime was introduced in the Voronezh region in connection with the arrival of refugees from the Donbass.
Acting head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Alexander Chupriyan said that 26 Russian regions are ready to accept refugees.
