CBS Says Russian Troops Have 'Ordered to Proceed to Invasion' of Ukraine

The press secretary of the Russian leader Dmitry Peskov said that Russia does not even want to pronounce the word "war".

The Kremlin also stated that a number of Western countries and organizations, including NATO, have recently shown undisguised informational aggression against Russia.
