Chupriyan also said that more than 53,000 refugees from the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics had crossed the Russian border.

He also stated that almost 30 Russian regions are ready to accept refugees from the self-proclaimed LPR and DPR.

The press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry noted that the evacuation of refugees from Donbass will be carried out around the clock.
