The Minister of Culture and Youth, Noura bint Mohammed Al Kaabi, inspected the pavilions of Greece, Belarus and the state of Baden-Württemberg at Expo 2020 Dubai, as the journey began from the Greece pavilion, which is located in the "Sustainability" area.

Through its pavilion, Greece highlights its attractions in light of its history, ancient civilization and rich cultural heritage, as well as promoting itself as a modern and productive country with a developed economy, with its work to expand its international partnerships, as "Expo" is an ideal platform to achieve This strategic goal, with its broad global participation, includes 192 countries.

Al Kaabi listened to a detailed explanation of the ideas presented by the Greece Pavilion, which reflects its slogan "Greece is paving the way", as the pavilion highlights this country's superiority in engineering, design and innovation, in addition to the success it is witnessing in the field of entrepreneurship.

The pavilion highlights the main pillars of the Greek economy, as well as presenting a comprehensive idea of ​​Greek society, its characteristics and most important features, as well as the Greek cultural heritage derived from the civilization of Athens deeply rooted in history.

Noura Al Kaabi also inspected the Belarus pavilion, which combines nature and technology in the opportunities area at Expo 2020 through its design inspired by the green Belarusian forests and its rich natural resources, with a focus on investment and creativity to highlight sustainability and future innovation.

The Minister of Culture and Youth was briefed on the smart mixture between nature and technology in the pavilion, which was built under the slogan “Forests of Future Technologies”, and extends over an area of ​​​​up to 1,200 square meters, and is the largest compared to the pavilions that Belarus participated in in previous “Expo” exhibitions, as it includes four Floors with sufficient space, through which the management of the pavilion invites visitors to cooperate together to ensure a better future for all.

Noura Al Kaabi visited the Pavilion of the House of Baden-Württemberg, the German state, as part of the first participation in an independent pavilion for this city in southwest Germany, in the history of the International Expo.

Baden-Württemberg is the state of scientific research, the second in the world and the first in Europe in spending on scientific research.

The state includes more than 60 institutions for scientific research and four federal universities, and is a destination for the most important researchers in the world, in addition to the inclusion of the Cyber ​​Valley, which is the largest of its kind in Europe, especially in the field of artificial intelligence, as work is transformed directly into innovative applications.

Noura Al Kaabi was briefed on 25 pioneering scientific innovations and projects, in addition to paintings and pictures distributed on high wooden poles explaining the great diversity and great development witnessed by the state. And the birthplace of Einstein, where the world's first calculator was made in 1623 with Wilhelm Schickard, and records 15,000 inventions annually, and she is the owner of the world's first self-driving flying taxi in Dubai in 2017.

The Belarus pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai presents live art and heritage shows, and includes a souvenir shop and artefacts that show several works, the most important of which is the Tree of Knowledge, which rises nine meters in the middle of the pavilion and is made of natural wool, and symbolizes the relationship between humans and nature, where energy and resources are transformed to new technology, which enhances the values ​​of sustainability.
