The order notes that all officers, warrant officers, midshipmen, sergeants, foremen, soldiers and reserve sailors permanently residing in the LPR, if there are mobilization orders, must appear at the mobilization points.
The head of the LPR, Leonid Pasechnik, signed a decree on the transfer of state bodies, enterprises and organizations to wartime conditions.
"The state bodies of the Lugansk People's Republic ... to ensure the implementation of a set of measures to transfer the executive bodies of state power, enterprises, institutions and organizations to work in wartime conditions," the document says.
Earlier, Pasechnik signed a decree on general mobilization in the republic.
Men aged 18 to 55 were banned from leaving the LPR.
