More than 16.7 thousand people were evacuated to Russia at the headquarters of the LPR

“Today, from 8:00 to 17:00, 2266 people were evacuated by road transport, 908 people by railway transport,” RIA Novosti reports.

It is noted that 61 evacuation points operate on the territory of the LPR.

“In total, 16,747 people have been evacuated since yesterday,” the headquarters added.

Earlier, Acting Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia Alexander Chupriyan said that 26 Russian regions are ready to accept refugees from Donbass.
