“To call in 2022 Russian citizens who are in reserve to undergo military training in the Russian Armed Forces, Russian National Guard troops, state security agencies and Federal Security Service agencies,” the document says.
As TASS notes, the training camps of Russians in the reserve of the Armed Forces are a planned event to improve the combat skills of reservists and are held annually.
The total duration of military training for citizens in the reserve cannot exceed two months.
Employees and civil servants of law enforcement agencies, fire fighting services, customs, citizens “booked for state authorities”, as well as employees of aviation and railway transport, floating composition of ships of the sea and river fleet are not subject to military training.
In April last year, Putin signed a decree on the draft of those in the reserve for military training.
