The presidential candidate, Valérie Pécresse, goes to Le Cannet in the Alpes-Maritimes on Friday evening for her first meeting since the Zénith de Paris.

The opportunity for her to turn the page of a delicate week but also to seduce an electorate shared the candidate LR and the vote Eric Zemmour.

The candidate Les Républicains, Valérie Pécresse, goes to the south-east, to Le Cannet, in the Alpes-Maritimes, a right-wing land which is hesitating precisely between several contenders for the Élysée.

It is also an opportunity for the president of the Île-de-France region to turn the page on her meeting, often criticized, at the Zénith de Paris last Sunday.

Last Sunday's meeting still in the minds

Alongside the mayor of Cannes, David Lisnard, Valérie Pécresse enjoys a walkabout, a rather rare event since the start of the campaign.

Frank handshakes and selfies on the terraces of the Croisette, the candidate is very well received, even if the meeting last Sunday is still in the minds.

"Stay yourself! You are a very good woman, but be natural! It's sincerity that will pay, you hear me?", Claims an activist.

Valérie Pécresse must bounce back Friday evening at Le Cannet in front of more than 2,000 people in a format more suited to her qualities, in motion, without notes, and with interaction with the public.

The objective: to permanently forget the Zénith de Paris.

"Today, we are turning the page. What I want is to make my project known to all French people, I do not want it to be distorted, to be reduced to a single part, and I say it is a real work-study project for Emmanuel Macron”, she confides.

After the territory of Vendée on Thursday, shared between the candidate LR and Emmanuel Macron, Valérie Pécresse is today on another land which hesitates, this time between her and Eric Zemmour or even Marine Le Pen.

A three-way battle whose winner should afford the keys to the second round of the presidential election.
