In addition to its fantastic visitor activities, Tropicarium also works with species conservation and receives school classes from both the municipality of Norrköping and the rest of the country.

This year, Hörsalsparken's cactus planting will be decorated by the Nature Conservation Association Norrköping for its work to protect the municipality's nature, and by the Association Kulturkammaren for its contribution to Norrköping as a city of culture.
