The Munich Security Council, in which leaders and ministers from the United States and European countries discuss security issues, will start in Germany on the 18th, and is expected to confirm the policy of aiming for a diplomatic solution over the situation in Ukraine.

The 58th Munich Security Council will be held in Munich, southern Germany, for three days from the 18th to the 20th.



The conference will be attended by leaders and ministers from various countries, including Vice President Harris of the United States, Chancellor Zelensky of Germany, and President Zelensky of Ukraine.



However, Russia, which had previously dispatched a delegation, will not attend this time.



At the conference, the main theme is the situation in Ukraine, and in addition to exchanging opinions on the movement of Russian troops deployed around the Ukrainian border, we ask Russia to withdraw from the troops and aim for a diplomatic solution. It is expected to confirm the policy.
