The ministry clarified that it is not allowed to perform Hajj this year with a business visa, and a special Hajj visa is required.
The ministry indicated that "it is only possible to perform the Hajj rituals for those who hold a visa specifically for this, or who reside with regular residence in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," which means that holders of a visitor visa or a business visa cannot apply for a permit to perform the Hajj rituals this year.
