Earlier, Putin announced that he was starting a series of meetings to prepare a message to the Federal Assembly.
The President noted that "a large, comprehensive and thorough work" is ahead, which will take into account a number of important issues.
The Kremlin reported that the head of state would address the Federal Assembly with a message in early 2022.
