Kuwait .. 10 years in prison for a “gang” who falsified blood tests for expatriates

And the Ministries of Health and the Interior - the departments concerned with following up on arrivals and the Residency Affairs investigations - had discovered the beginning of the incident, after the Ministry of Health received a call from the General Department for Follow-up on arrivals at the Ministry of Interior. and HIV) and chest x-rays to detect tuberculosis at the Tuberculosis Control Unit.

The results showed positive examinations for hepatitis viruses at a rate of (2 positive for hepatitis B virus) and (2 positive for hepatitis C virus), while the chest examinations for tuberculosis were normal for the 4 arrivals.

After that, a gang was caught tampering with the results of the medical examination by tampering with blood samples when transporting them between the place where samples were taken and the laboratory, with the complicity of the security guard and the involvement of a health inspector from the Ministry of Health.

The gang is led by a woman who forges the seals of the test results, and puts the seals of the correct results on the contaminated samples, in the country of arrivals.
