The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that only two categories of non-Saudis have been identified, who are allowed to perform the rituals of Hajj this year, according to the newspaper, "Okaz".

The ministry confirmed that only those who hold a designated visa, or reside with regular residence in Saudi Arabia, can perform Hajj, which means that holders of a visitor visa or a business visa cannot apply for a permit to perform the Hajj rituals this year.
