According to information from Marsactu, the National Financial Prosecutor's Office has decided to refer municipal and metropolitan councilor Daniel Sperling, elected from the group of President Martine Vassal (LR), to a criminal court for suspicion of fictitious employment within the Public assistance from hospitals in Marseille (AP-HM).

Daniel Sperling will appear more specifically for complicity and concealment of embezzlement of public funds.

Former directors of the AP-HM will also be called to the bar in this same case.

The damage to the hospital is estimated at one million euros.
