The shelling also damaged some infrastructure near the town, causing power outages.
Alexander Kamyshin, chairman of the Ukrainian State Railways Board of Directors, posted on social media on the 17th that artillery shells fired by civilian armed forces hit a railway station and a locomotive warehouse near the town, but fortunately no casualties were caused.
