“This year, and this is the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Russian mountain rescue service, it is necessary to put into operation the main facilities of the national airmobile rescue training center for the training of mine rescuers and miners,” TASS quoted Putin as saying during a video conference speech at a meeting of the board of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
He noted the need to develop the educational and material base for the training of employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, primarily mine rescuers.
On January 3, Putin instructed until February 1 to exclude payments dependent on output from the conditionally permanent part of miners' salaries.
