“S.V. Lavrov emphasized the unacceptability of the actions of the West, leading to the accelerated militarization of this country, and the danger of rash development of military-technical cooperation with the Kiev authorities in the current conditions,” the message on the website of the Russian Foreign Ministry says.

The parties noted that there is no alternative to complying with the Minsk agreements and agreements reached within the framework of the Normandy format and the trilateral contact group.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba and Cavusoglu discussed the security situation in Ukraine, in particular in the waters of the Black and Azov Seas, as well as military-technical bilateral cooperation, as part of a telephone conversation.
