“We see no evidence that Russia is withdrawing troops from the Ukrainian border,” Hockenhull said in a statement, quoted by RIA Novosti.
According to him, this includes positions for additional armored vehicles, helicopters and field hospitals, which are heading towards the Ukrainian border.
Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine had not yet seen the withdrawal of Russian troops.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov previously called calls from Western countries to check the withdrawal of Russian troops after the exercise "lack of education."
