Among the proposals from the salaried employees in the healthcare strategic management team is a salary increase of SEK 3,000 per month for healthcare staff.
- Of course we are positive about everything that is done.
But it also says that a return is required when it comes to staffing, and we are thinking about how to think about that, says Ewa Lodin.

Need help from other regions
In addition, there are plans for a national call to send patients to other regions.
- We obviously do not manage our mission and we must secure health care for all citizens so that you get your health care elsewhere when we can not do it, says Ewa Lodin.

It has become clear recently that the situation in health care in the county is becoming increasingly strained.

According to investigator Henrik Kjellberg in the region, the issues will be discussed with both unions and politicians shortly.
