Under investigation for incestuous rape
An investigation for premeditated homicide had been opened after the assassination of Jean-Christophe Piel, who died after being discovered seriously injured in his garden in Breuil-le-Vert, in the Oise, on August 24.
Shortly before the facts, the victim had benefited from a dismissal in a procedure concerning incestuous sexual assaults, said the prosecutor.
But he was then still under indictment for rape of two minors, children of his spouse, according to the same source.
