U.S. President Joe Biden has not confirmed the withdrawal of Russian troops in connection with the announcement that Russia has withdrawn some troops near the Ukrainian border on the 15th local time, and is concerned that the possibility of a Russian invasion of Ukraine is still high.
"The probability of a Russian invasion is still high and we are prepared to respond decisively to a Russian attack on Ukraine," Biden said today, a day before the predicted date of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
In particular, President Biden said the Russian government has not yet verified the claim to withdraw some Russian troops from the Ukrainian border area, adding that 150,000 Russian troops are still stationed near the Ukrainian border.
