After today's announcement that Arvika's municipal board apologizes to the brothers Karlsson and Dahlén for the vulnerability and the experiences that the whole family has experienced and still experiences, the boys' mother, Annika Karlsson, is only partially satisfied.

- I have learned, and I have also taught my children, that if you apologize, you have made a mistake and you also take responsibility for that, she says.

"Rhymes badly"

What she reacts to is that the municipality refuses to admit that the social services made any mistakes in connection with the extensive process surrounding the investigation of her sons' alleged responsibility for five-year-old Kevin Hjalmarsson's death.

- It rhymes badly that they apologize for what we have been exposed to but at the same time say that no mistakes have been made, she says.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, Annika Karlsson, her sons and other affected family members will meet with representatives of Arvika municipality to discuss today's decision in the municipal board.

SVT is looking for Arvika's municipal councilor Peter Söderström (S) for a comment.
