“If a decision is made on recognition, Russia will de facto and de jure withdraw from the Minsk agreements with all the attendant consequences,” the head of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry said.
According to him, Kiev warned its partners about this position.
Earlier it was reported that the State Duma will consider two options for a resolution on an appeal to the President of Russia with a call to recognize the self-proclaimed DPR and LPR.
State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin explained that one project involves consultations with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the second, if adopted, will be sent directly to the head of state.
