By royal order, Saudi Arabia executes an Egyptian resident who killed his citizen

The Saudi authorities announced the execution of an Egyptian resident who killed another Egyptian resident, after a royal order was issued to enforce this sentence.

In a statement, the Saudi Ministry of Interior said: "Hassan Shehat Abdel-Haq Ahmed, an Egyptian, killed Saeed Ibrahim Mustafa Ali, an Egyptian, by stabbing him with a knife several times, which led to his death."

And she added in her statement: "The security authorities were able to arrest the perpetrator, and the investigation with him resulted in accusing him of committing his crime, and by referring him to the Criminal Court, an instrument was issued against him to prove what was attributed to him and sentence him to death as retribution, and was supported by the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, and issued A royal order to implement what was legally decided and supported by its reference against the aforementioned perpetrator,” noting that “the death sentence was carried out as retribution for the offender, Hassan Shahat Abdul Haq Ahmed, today, Monday, in Jeddah Governorate, Makkah Al Mukarramah Region.”
