He added that the Government of Canada will provide Ukraine with a loan in the amount of $392.5 million.
Earlier, Russia's First Deputy Representative to the UN, Dmitry Polyansky, said that the West's aggravation of the situation at some point should be blown away, but the pumping of Ukraine with weapons will continue.
Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmygal earlier clarified that to date, partner states have provided military assistance to Kiev in the amount of about $1.5 billion.
The US Embassy in Ukraine has said that the United States intends to supply Kiev with about 90 more tons of ammunition and Javelin anti-tank systems.
