Zakharova called the actions of the United States in Ukraine "war propaganda"

“What the US and Britain are doing now is classic war propaganda,” she wrote on her Telegram channel.

According to her, war is prohibited by the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, adopted by General Assembly resolution 2200 A (XXI) on December 16, 1966.

“The first paragraph of the 20th article of this document reads: “Any war propaganda must be prohibited by law,” Zakharova summed up.

Earlier, Zakharova, commenting on the statements of US national security adviser Jake Sullivan about “Moscow creating a pretext” for an “attack” on Ukraine, advised the American political establishment “not to take another sin on the soul.”
