Earlier, Reuters published the news, citing eyewitnesses, that the American representatives of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Donbass began to leave Donetsk in cars.
OSCE Secretary General Schmid said that the observers will continue to fulfill their mandate in Ukraine.
