Chinanews.com, Toronto, February 13th. The 2022 Canadian Cloud Spring Festival Gala "Song of the Four Seas, Huaxing Shines" will be launched on the evening of February 12, Eastern Canada time, and broadcast to global audiences.
The Cloud Spring Festival Gala was jointly sponsored by the Ottawa Huaxing Art Troupe, Toronto Huaxing Art Troupe, Montreal Huaxing Art Troupe and Winnipeg Huaxing Art Troupe, and co-organized by nearly 100 overseas Chinese associations, institutions and Chinese media.
The main creative team of the party carefully prepared, and the four Canadian Huaxing Art Troupes presented chamber music, folk dances, songs and other programs showing different styles and characteristics of China and the West.
At the same time, the gala invited well-known artists from mainland China, such as tenor military singer Wang Hongwei, singer Li Yuer, and popular Peking Opera rookie Fu Xiru, as well as China National Opera and Dance Theatre, Harbin Ballet, Sichuan Zigong Acrobatic Troupe and other outstanding art groups to participate in the performance. Including vocal music, ballet, instrumental music, dance, opera, acrobatics and other artistic programs, it presents an unforgettable audio-visual feast for the audience.
This art gala, co-created by artists from Canada and China, was broadcast on multiple online platforms at home and abroad, bringing Chinese New Year greetings and blessings to overseas Chinese around the world.
