Monitoring shows that from 8:00 yesterday to 6:00 today, moderate rain occurred in parts of southern Anhui, western Zhejiang, northwestern Fujian, and central and northern Jiangxi, and heavy rain occurred in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, Shangrao, Yingtan, and Fuzhou in Jiangxi.

Moderate snow, among them, heavy snow (5-8 mm) in parts of southeastern Heilongjiang and southeastern Tibet.

There will be light to moderate rain in most parts of Jianghuai, eastern Jianghan, Jiangnan, eastern Southwest China, most of South China, and most of Taiwan Island.

  Tomorrow, there will be light to moderate snow in parts of Xinjiang Ili Valley and Southern Xinjiang Basin, northern Tibet, northern Qinghai, Hexi Gansu, central and western Inner Mongolia, northern Heilongjiang, northern Shaanxi, most of North China, and southern Sichuan Plateau. There was heavy snow in parts of the river valley, central Hebei, central Tianjin and other places, and there were local blizzards (10-15 mm).

Most of Huanghuai, Jianghuai, most of Jianghan, Jiangnan, the eastern and southern parts of Southwest China, South China, Taiwan Island and other places have light to moderate rain. Among them, there are heavy rains (25-45 mm) in parts of northern Guangxi and other places.

  On the 13th, there were light to moderate snow in parts of northern Xinjiang and southern Xinjiang Basin, northern Tibet, western and northern Qinghai, Hexi in Gansu, central Inner Mongolia, southern Northeast China, and most of North China. Among them, northern Shanxi, central and northern Hebei, In some areas of Beijing, Tianjin and other places, there were heavy snowstorms (10-11 mm).

There are light to moderate rains in parts of western Jianghuai, most of Jiangnan, southeastern Southwest China, southern China, Taiwan Island and other places. Among them, there are parts of southern Hunan, central Zhejiang, southeastern Fujian, northeastern Guangxi, and northern Taiwan Island. Heavy rain (25-35 mm).

  Meteorological experts reminded that the public should pay attention to the adverse effects of slippery, icy roads and low visibility on traffic travel, pay attention to early warning and forecast information in a timely manner, and plan travel routes reasonably.

The temperature in many places in North China plummeted by more than 4 °C, such as Harbin, Changchun and other places. After the cooling, the highest temperature will drop below -5 °C. Jinan, Tianjin and other places dropped to near freezing point again.

Due to the frequent cold air and snowfall in the later period, the temperature in the above-mentioned areas may be low for several days.

  As for the southern region, the rainy and snowy weather is difficult to rest, and the temperature is relatively low, mainly in wet and cold weather.

In the next three days, the highest temperature in Jiangnan and other places will be less than 10°C. Located in Guizhou in the southwest, the highest temperature will only be around 5°C.
