They are waiting to see concrete improvements in everyday life and hope that their cries for help from healthcare will be taken seriously.

- I trust our closest management, but not those who make decisions higher up.

In order to be able to provide care when there is a lack of staff, staff are moved between departments to cover where the need is deemed to be greatest.

- There will continue to be poor care and an even greater shortage of nurses because they will not stay.
