According to party leader Mikail Yüksel, the core issues for the Nuans Party are integration, school, racism and Islamophobia, the housing shortage and LVU (the Care of Young People Act).

And it is precisely in the latter issue that the party has so far attracted attention.

Nuans and its representatives have commented on social media about what is called "LVU abuse" - and have several suggestions in this area.

Among other things, the party wants to reintroduce civil servant responsibility and investigate whether foreign parents are discriminated against when children are cared for.

- There are errors in the system and children are cared for on very, very vague grounds in Sweden, says Mikail Yüksel to SVT.

"Is there an addiction"

Party representatives were also present and gave speeches at Mynttorget outside the Riksdag when the social services were accused of kidnapping or caring for children on incorrect grounds.

The demonstrations are a result of the extensive campaign of influence against Sweden that has been spread in mainly Arabic-speaking channels recently, something Yüksel opposes.

- The focus has shifted from vulnerable parents and children to extremists, with no evidence of it.

There are dissatisfied parents who want to make their voices heard.

Are you behind words like that Swedish social services kidnap children?

- No, we do not use that word but there is an abuse.

Nyans also suggests that "children belonging to another culture or religion should be guaranteed an upbringing in accordance with their original culture and religion at the placed family home in order to prevent any assimilation".

Reported to the Foreign Minister by the police

Mikail Yüksel was previously a local top name for the Center Party in Gothenburg.

He was expelled on charges of concealing his involvement with right-wing extremist and ultra-nationalist Turkish Gray Wolves, which he denied.

He recently reported Foreign Minister Ann Linde (S) to the police for misconduct after she met Ilham Ahmed, who heads the Syrian Kurds' highest decision-making body.

Yüksel believes that it constituted conspiracy and financial support to terrorist organizations that "kidnap children" and commit war crimes.

The report has been forwarded to KU, but he does not think it will lead to anything.

- Unfortunately, we make a difference to terrorist organizations in Sweden.

The party is moving towards its first election campaign and Mikail Yüksel believes that they have good chances, especially in the municipal elections.

Sofie Blombäck is a political scientist at Mid Sweden University.

She says that there may be voters to attract among foreign-born, who usually vote to a lesser extent, but that it is very difficult to predict the outcome.

- To have an issue or grouping that could be interested in a political party like this does not necessarily mean that voters will like the party, its representatives and issues.
