Zakharova: Lavrov did not write a letter to Borrell

Earlier, Josep Borrell said that he proposed to continue the dialogue on strengthening global security in a "reply letter" to the Russian Foreign Minister.

On February 1, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs published a letter from Sergey Lavrov to his colleagues from the US, Canada and a number of European countries about the indivisibility of security.

As emphasized in Moscow, the Foreign Ministry expects a prompt response to the message.
