Negotiations of political advisers to the leaders of the "Normandy Four" continue for more than eight hours

A press conference is expected at the Russian Embassy in Berlin by the head of the Russian delegation, deputy head of the presidential administration Dmitry Kozak, TASS reports.

Earlier, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba said that Kiev would not enter into direct dialogue with the self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk People's Republics during the talks of Normandy format advisers scheduled for February 10.
