The Prime Minister announces that another 1,000 British troops will be put on standby to support NATO and allies in the event of a humanitarian crisis.

Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Defense of the United Kingdom, Ben Wallace, announced the intention of the British authorities to increase the number of military contingents in Poland by 350 people.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki said that a number of NATO countries intend to send their troops to strengthen the eastern flank of the alliance in parallel with the United States. 

On February 5, the first United States troops from the additional force arrived in Poland.
