Blinken and NATO Secretary General discussed the common response of the West in the event of a “Russian threat” to Ukraine

“Secretary Blinken today discussed with NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg how to further coordinate a transatlantic response to the ongoing Russian threat to Ukraine,” the State Department said.

Blinken also announced the readiness of the United States to use quick and tough measures against Russia in the event of aggressive actions against Ukraine.

Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said that the establishment of peace in Ukraine is not included in the plans of the North Atlantic Alliance.

According to him, the situation reached the point of absurdity.

Rudenko noted that Moscow has repeatedly and at various levels stated that it does not plan to invade or attack Ukraine.
