An ocean disturbance will bring overcast skies in the morning on Thursday over the northern half of the country except Alsace and the Jura.

At the end of the day, sunny spells will develop.

The minimum temperatures will range from 1 to 5 degrees in general from east to west, the maximum will vary between 12 and 17 in the south with peaks at 18 or 19 degrees near the Pyrenees and on the Côte d'Azur.

An ocean disturbance will bring overcast skies in the morning on Thursday over the northern half of the country except Alsace and the Jura according to the Météo-France bulletin.

It will rain lightly on the departments bordering the English Channel in the morning, then from Brittany and the Pays de la Loire to the Paris region and the Hauts de France in the afternoon.

Sunny weather over the southern half

At the end of the day, the weather will become dry again along the Channel, clearings will develop.

The rains will shift to the Center and the North-East in the evening and the following night.

The rain-snow limit will drop from 1,200 m at the start of the night to 500 m at the end of the night on the eastern relief.

The quantities will remain low, we will expect 2 or 3 cm of snow from an altitude of 800 m.

Around the Gulf of Lion, sea entries will persist but the sea wind will cease and they will break up in the afternoon, shifting towards the Bouches-du-Rhône.

In Aquitaine, after the slow dissipation of the gray weather along the Garonne, the sky will become cloudy in the west in the afternoon, it will be overcast at the end of the day near the coast.

Elsewhere on the southern half, sunny weather will continue.

Up to 19° near the Pyrenees and on the Côte d'Azur

Minimum temperatures will range from 1 to 5 degrees in general from east to west, 4 to 9 over the Mediterranean regions.

The maximum will vary between 7 and 11 degrees on the northern half, 12 and 17 in the south with peaks at 18 or 19 degrees near the Pyrenees and on the Côte d'Azur.
