There is virtually no technical evidence linking the suspects to the fatal shooting at the beach at Notviken in Luleå on July 30, 2020. DNA is missing, among other things, on the pistol that was found at a subway near the murder scene.

Prosecutors are thus placing great emphasis on a key witness who points out the 20-year-old suspect as responsible for the act.

However, the man's lawyer, Viktor Banke, saw the evidence and said that his client had never been there.

But prosecutor Jonas Fjellström is sure of his case.

- The perpetrator has undeniably been at the crime scene, says Fjellström.

They also do not agree on a shot that hit the car on the spot.

Banke believes that the shot may have been fired at the car when it left the scene and that the killer therefore did not sit in the car.

However, the prosecutor believes that the shot hit the car in connection with the woman being shot to death.

Hear the prosecutor comment further on the strong criticism in the video above.
