According to the artist's lawyer in a commentary to RIA Novosti, a new protocol on drug propaganda was drawn up against Morgenstern because of a tattoo that "looks like cannabis."
Earlier it became known about the initiation of a criminal case against the rapper for promoting drugs in video clips.
Morgenstern pleaded not guilty to the crime.
In September, the speaker of the Security Service of Ukraine Artyom Dekhtyarenko announced a ban on the artist's tours on the territory of Ukraine.
