This was reported to TASS in court.

“The Basmanny Court of Moscow granted the petition of the investigation and extended the term for the ban on certain actions to Rashkin until March 29,” the agency’s interlocutor said.

In mid-December, the Basmanny Court of Moscow forbade Rashkin to hunt, leave the house after 23:00 and communicate with witnesses in a criminal case.

The court also deprived Deputy Rashkin of his driver's license and fined him 30,000 rubles for refusing to undergo a medical examination.
