According to "STRANA.ua", he said this during a joint briefing with Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba in Kiev.

According to him, now we need to focus on diplomatic ways to resolve the crisis.

“Of course, one must understand that the policy of both Spain and the European Union as a whole ... is based on the fact that this crisis must be resolved through dialogue and with the help of the efforts that are already being made,” the Spanish minister answered the question whether Spain will supply weapons to Ukraine.

Earlier media reported that the Israeli authorities banned Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia from supplying Israeli weapons to Ukraine.

Also, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has repeatedly stated that Germany does not intend to supply lethal weapons to Ukraine.

At the same time, Poland, the United States, Great Britain and the Baltic countries have already supplied or are planning to supply weapons to Ukraine.
