It was in September that the robbery took place outside the school Lust och Lära in Bollnäs.

- Yes, how do you react?

You get sad and angry, says the girl's father about how he reacted in connection with the robbery and continues:

- But in the long run she has taken it well.

She is basically very calm and secure.

The boy is remorseful

During the trial, the 15-year-old said that today he is remorseful about what happened.

He described that he did not feel well during the robbery and that he was dragged into bad contexts.

"There is nothing I would do again," the 15-year-old said during the trial.

Defense: Theft instead of robbery

The defense was in a line where they wanted the incident to be judged as theft instead of robbery.

Among other things, there was some talk about the screwdriver that the 15-year-old had in his hand during the crime, and whether the tip pointed at the girl or into the ground.

In other respects, the 15-year-old admitted the entire course of events.

The district court decided after a short deliberation to convict the 15-year-old for robbery.

The punishment was youth service for 70 hours and that he should pay the girl damages.
