Our country will not allow the US and NATO to decide for us what is a threat to Russia and what is not,” TASS quoted him as saying.
Earlier, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said that NATO's response to Russian proposals for security guarantees contains much more boorish language than the response of the United States.
