- Finally, it feels very nice if we get a normal summer where we do not have to have restrictions in mind.

The children can play freely in the play clubs in the indoor environment and outdoor environment and we do not have to think about the number of people in the bistro, says Ivanna Björk who is the destination manager at First Camp in Löttorp on Öland.

To cope with both more visitors, and what is predicted to be an increased pressure on the campsites, you need to hire more summer workers than before - a total of 30 jobs both in Löttorp and in Ekerum.

No CV needed

The need for people is great - and new for this year is that you will not require a CV when applying.

- Young people are the ones who apply for our services most with us.

And often they are only 18 years old and have never had previous work experience.

It then becomes a bit negative for self-confidence if we, for example, ask the question "When did you provide a good service?"

at an interview, says Ivanna Björk.

Instead, the first impression, personal suitability for working with people and the ability to collaborate should be highly valued, she says.

First Camping, which owns Ekerum and Löttorp camping on Öland, is currently fully preparing for the summer.

And Ivanna is hopeful for the summer.
